I created Emergent to help new and emerging managers who feel out of their depth and are sick of procrastinating, overworking and feeling overwhelmed, stressed and anxious.
Instead, you’ll develop greater self-awareness enabling you to trust your judgement so you waste less energy, make decisions and take action faster and get more $hit done (in less time).
Self-confidence starts with self-awareness
As Brené Brown said in her book 'Dare to Lead', If you don’t know who you are, you don’t know how to lead.
So as part of Emergent, we are going to explore:
Dig deep and discover the unique wisdom and experience you bring to the table
Get clear on how you see the world, and how the world sees you
Develop the courage to act in the moments (and meetings) that matter
Build the power and strength to stand tall and speak up, even when your voice shakes.
The self-awareness that comes with this process builds your self-confidence, enabling you to draw on your strengths while helping others to do the same - without getting derailed by your doubt.
